Who We Are

Established in 2011, Interlake Meadows Farm is a collaboration of two families using their resources and knowledge to create a sustainable farming operation in the Interlake region of Manitoba, near the town of Gimli.

Adam and Dacia Christian

Moving from the North Okanagan, BC, in February of 2011, the Christians are pursuing their dream of supporting themselves by running a mixed farm. Adam has been working on mixed farms and agricultural operations for the past 10 years. Adam, Dacia and their daughter Odessa, are truly enjoying the lifestyle of providing quality local food to the Interlake and Winnipeg area. Adam and Dacia are the primary managers of the day-to day farming operation.

Randy and Heidi Grieser

Randy and Heidi have previously lived on a small hobby farm and their dream of being a part of a larger sustainable farming operation lead to their decision to collaborate with Adam and Dacia to make this dream a reality. Their two children, Ben and Ana, enjoy working on the farm - especially taking care of the animals.
