Each spring we purchase 6-8 piglets from a neighboring farm. We then raise the pigs until they are ready for processing in the fall. Our pigs are raised outside where they can run around and dig in the dirt the whole day! In addition to grain, they eat extra produce from the garden.
When available, we offer chops, roasts, ham and bacon, as well as a variety of sausages. To ensure your pork supply for the fall you need to pre-order full or half orders before April 1 of each spring - your pork will then be ready in early November. Please note that we only raise a limited number of pigs beyond the pre-orders we receive. Order Products here
